Installing Instrument Pack

So when I tried to install the pack on a machine that never had access to the original samples I failed to get working instruments after retrying the packing process many times getting teacher to check that I had come to a conclusion that it required ever a special licence or was its hidden under a menu that no one on the internet know about so I connected Ableton's support and I haven't got a reply yet so I resorted to just uploading the ALS folder of the project.
